Whenever I recommend people Skyrim mods this one is always the first I mention. Would love to have this mod when I start my 1st Skyrim SE playthrough. Really hope you have plans to make a stable version for Skyrim SE sometime soon. If you are brand new to modding work through this before asking where to start.
